Sephora’s Spring Savings Event starts today, and goes through 4/11. They do these a couple of times a year, and the only thing you need to save is a free Beauty Insider account. The percentage of savings and when you can shop are based on which tier you are (aka how much you spend in a year). But, whatever your status, it’s worth shopping. I always stock up on my favorite products, many of which I’ve shared before. This time, I thought I would share some newer additions to my rotation. So, here’s what to buy during the Sephora Spring Savings Event:
Skincare
Brazilian Bum Bum Body Cream by Sol de Janeiro: Even though it has a funny name, this moisturizer is no joke. It’s fast-absorbing, tightens and smooths skin, and I love the scent.
Isle of Paradise Self Tanning Drops: I used these regularly for a while and then stopped for some reason. When I noticed that I was looking extra pale on Zoom calls, I decided it was time to bring them back. These are much less messy than other tanning products, and because you just add it to your face moisturizer, you can control the intensity.
Farmacy Whipped Greens: oil-free foaming cleanser: I’ve been using this cleanser in the shower, and it’s so refreshing.
Makeup
Laura Mercier Caviar Stick Eye Shadow: I tried this after Grace recommended it, and I’m thinking of ordering another shade. I have Moonlight and Metallic Taupe, and I love how easy it is to apply. Both offer a subtle shimmer that stays put.
Jouer Cosmetics Rose Gold Blush Bouquet Dual Blush Palette Mini: This has two complimentary blush shades that are smooth and subtle. I wanted to try something new without fully committing, so this was perfect.
IT Cosmetics CC+ Nude Glow Lightweight Foundation + Glow Serum: Technically, I haven’t tried this yet, but I’m planning to order it. I really like IT’s CC+ Cream Oil-Free Matte, and I’ve heard great things about this new one. I like the level of coverage, and it has SPF 40.
Hair
IGK Mini Good Behavior Spirulina Protein Anti-Frizz Smoothing Spray: This is one of my favorite pre-blowdry products. It cuts down on frizz and protects all hair types from heat damage. The mini version lasts me a long time, but it also comes in full size.
Dyson Supersonic Hair Dryer: It looks like it’s out of stock at Sephora right now, but I would be remiss if I didn’t mention it. This was my biggest recent beauty purchase, and one I debated for a long time. Yes, it’s pricey, but it causes a lot less damage to hair, it’s quieter, and the attachments are amazing.
