In case you were wondering…yes, I will be taking every opportunity for matching outfits until Seth tells me no! These Valentine’s Day pajamas were too cute to resist a mommy and me moment. Plus, the holiday about love is extra special this year. One of the things I was worried about when it came to having a kid was would I love them enough. It may sound silly, but I honestly didn’t know. Rob kept reminding me that I expanded my heart for Bones, and I would for this baby too. Seven months in, I can say that he was absolutely right. The love I have for Seth is boundless. I will do anything to make him smile, and when he cries, it hurts my heart. It’s amazing and exhausting, and I’m so grateful.
There are actually a lot of matching Valentine’s Day pajamas out there. I think it’s become a more popular family holiday over the years. Personally, I have a hard time spending a lot on something Seth will only wear a couple of times, so I shopped at Old Navy like I did for Hanukkah PJs. They have a few different Valentine’s prints, and a variety of options for the whole family.
I also wanted to share a little bit about my jewelry. My heart necklace was my “push present” from Rob. I know people have a lot of opinions about this concept, but I wanted something to commemorate and recognize the incredible act of giving birth. For Hanukkah, I asked for a bracelet with Seth’s name. I looked at a bunch, but ultimately ended up following Carly’s recommendation for this one from Etsy. I love both pieces so much.
