This tiered dress from Z Supply is one of my favorites. It’s super comfortable, and the length means it’s easy to chase after a toddler without worrying about flashing anyone (lol). But, it’s honestly not the most flattering on its own. So, I decided to try styling a tiered dress with a belted blazer to give it more shape, and I love how it looks! Blazers are the perfect third piece for spring weather, and there are unlined options too.
The last couple of weeks have been interesting. When we got home from Passover on Long Island, Seth and I both had a little cough. Fortunately, he got better fairly quickly, but mine progressed and Rob caught it too. Thankfully, it wasn’t Covid, but it ended up turning into a sinus infection. Over the weekend, I had one of the worst headaches I’ve ever had in my life, and I ended up going to the ER on Sunday night. It’s getting better, but it’s been a lot to deal with and I’m looking forward to feeling better.
I did have a brief break from pain, which somehow coincided with dinner on Saturday night. We had a plan for months to get together with one of Rob’s clients and his wife. We’ve become friends, and we always enjoy our time together. This time, we went to dinner at Cote Korean Steakhouse, and had a drink at the bar Undercote before dinner. I’ve been to the restaurant once before, and Rob was supposed to join me, but ended up having a work call. Thank goodness, the stars aligned and we were able to enjoy our evening. Highly recommend checking out Cote if you’re a meat eater. It’s not just a fantastic meal, but a dining experience!
