While I love wearing skirts and dresses for the holidays, sometimes I’m more in the mood for pants. You can totally dress up jeans, or add more texture with velvet or faux leather. All you need is (what I like to call) a party blouse, and a couple of thoughtful accessories. This blouse is from Ann Taylor earlier this season. I love the subtle sparkle, and you can achieve a similar look with jeweled buttons. Is this silhouette the most flattering to my figure? No. But, I felt good in it! And, it’s perfectly fun and festive.

We also stopped by The Mark Hotel, which always does a fantastic job decorating for the holidays. They partnered with Swarovski this year. and it’s stunning! Keep scrolling for a peek.
