D’Orsay flats are out in spades, with new styles, textures and colors at a variety of price points. In early fall, two piece flats made a statement in brightly colored suede and shiny metallics. There are even more options for spring, with (at least) one pair for each day of the week. Here are some of my favorites, all under $100:
