Dark Floral Dress

Sharing another look for early fall! This dark floral dress is perfect for work and easy to layer with a light jacket. It’s the prettiest shade of navy blue in a flattering A-line with a pleated skirt. I got this dress on our way up to Boston for Labor Day Weekend. I noticed that there was a Target in the same shopping plaza as the place we were having lunch, and did a little speed shopping. That may sound crazy, but if you’ve seen the size of the Targets in NYC, you would understand!

Earlier this week, I went to a book launch event for one of my favorite authors, Katharine McGee. She wrote the trilogy “The Thousandth Floor,” which I absolutely loved (reviewed here, here and here), and just came out with the first in a new series called “American Royals.” She did a Q&A in which she called this new book a cross between Crazy Rich Asians and The Crown, so needless to say, I’m very excited to get started!
