I’m not usually one to wear a bold print, but the colorful vibes of The Saguaro Hotel (and Palm Springs) had me feeling adventurous! This silky midi dress is covered in lemons, and has a loose, flowy fit with ties at the shoulders. It was light enough for the desert heat, and it didn’t need much in the way of accessories. My vacation style was definitely much more vibrant, and it got me thinking about ways I can incorporate more color into my work wardrobe. When I wear something colorful and fun like this bold print, it makes me happy, and I think I give off more positive vibes into the Universe. Do you feel that way about color?
It’s hard to believe we were just getting back from vacation a week ago, but it was definitely nice to be home and catch up with friends this weekend. On Saturday night, we went out to dinner with a bunch of close friends, and then came back to our place for drinks and board games. Our latest favorite is Codenames…have you played? It can get pretty competitive, but it’s so much fun and really makes you think! Yesterday, I snuck in a quick visit with Linda, who was in town from Boston. She was my first fashion blogger friend back in the day, and I’m so glad we’ve kept up our friendship over the years!
