Winter Legwear

Yesterday, I was talking to my best friend Elena about what to wear to work when it’s cold out. I’ll be sharing some outfit inspiration next week, but for now I wanted to give a few quick tips about winter legwear. What can you wear that will keep your legs warm? How can you bear to wear a skirt or dress when the temperatures drop? Here’s what I look for when I’m shopping for winter legwear:

For tights:

1. Opaque or super opaque
2. Sweater tights
3. Fleece-lined or temperature-regulating

Leggings:

1. Fleece-lined leggings
2. Faux suede leggings
3. Velvet leggings
4. (Faux) leather leggings

These are all thicker options that will provide more protection and warmth for your legs. Stay tuned for outfits that will do the same!
