This is what I wore last Friday when my friends and I went to check out the new Rosé Mansion on Fifth Avenue! I bought tickets as soon as they came out because who wouldn’t want to go on a wine-fueled adventure?! The “Mansion” has two floors, and the path you follow takes you on an educational journey with plenty of photo ops. You learn a lot about different kinds of rosé, tasting different varieties from regions around the world. The rooms have themes and fun, interactive opportunities, like making your own rosé blend, and a scratch & sniff wall. Things move pretty well until you get to the “garden” with the swing and rose petal-filled bathtub…because everyone has to Insta! But, if you know to expect that going in, you’ll be fine. There was more substance to this pop-up than the Museum of Ice Cream, and it’s beautifully executed, but there definitely could have been a little more wine! The Rosé Mansion is open until October, so definitely check it out if you’re in NYC!
Okay, now a little more about this outfit! For a long time, I’ve been wondering if I could pull off wide leg pants. There are so many cute pairs, but I really wasn’t sure if they would make me look short and stocky. This polka dot pair works for me, and I love how they look with a simple white top. I think the key is finding pants that hit at the right spot on your waist and aren’t so wide leg that they drown your legs. The ruffle cuff on these definitely helps too!
