Denim is a wardrobe staple. It always has been, and it always will be. There are different styles that are trendy at any given time, but everything ends up coming back. Right now, the younger generations are saying skinny jeans are “out.” Honestly, I think you should feel free to try the trends, but wear what makes you feel good. Straight leg jeans are my current favorite, but I figured I would take a stab at updating flare jeans. The last time I wore a pair like this was probably the early 2000s. These are a smidge too long, but I actually think they make my legs look longer (which I always appreciate). I paired my flare jeans with an oversized blazer over a tucked in turtleneck, and some chunky loafers. What do you think?
We had a great time on our little fall getaway over the weekend. As with everything, it was a little different than pre-baby, but so fun to experience things with Seth. We stayed in an AirBnb, which is what we always do if we can. It’s easier with a toddler (and a dog) to have our own space, and access to a kitchen. We went apple picking, and got to enjoy some apple cider treats at Apple Dave’s. We also spent some time in downtown Warwick, NY and the leaves were stunning. It was so nice to be together. And now, onto Halloween!
