I love flats and I love sparkly things, so sparkly flats are pretty much the best thing ever! They’re also a great addition to a more conservative outfit. This blouse is one of those tops that can transition really well from casual to dressy, and you all know my fall obsession with faux leather. The best thing about this outfit? Everything was under $100!
