Clearly, I’m having a moment with black and white polka dots! I just love how this pattern pops, even in neutrals, and it’s so fun to try it in new silhouettes. This tie front crop top is perfect for a night out, although the sleeves are a little hazardous, and it pairs perfectly with jeans. You could theoretically style it without anything but a bra or bralette underneath if you want to show more skin, but a lacy cami definitely works too! I got another pair of Gap’s Sculpt jeans after I saw how amazing this pair fit, and these are just as flattering and comfortable. Definitely recommend keeping an eye out for sales and scooping up a pair for yourself.
Last week was an especially long one, and I was very excited to get out of the city for a little bit and spend some time with my Mom for Mother’s Day. It’s rare that she and I get to have a sleepover just the two of us, and although I missed my guys, it was great to have girl time. We did some retail therapy at the outlets, and had a couple of excellent meals. I’m so incredibly grateful for the close relationship we have and how much we both appreciate being together. My mom is one of the strongest, most creative, thoughtful people I know, and I’m so lucky to have her!
