Hello, Friday! It has been quite the week. After a busy start at work on Monday and Tuesday, I spent the past two days at the Independent Fashion Bloggers Conference (aka #IFBcon), hosted by the Independent Fashion Bloggers network (aka IFB). The conference was jam-packed with panels and workshops providing valuable insight and advice. I learned so much, and it really got me thinking about where I want to take this blog in the future. There will definitely be some changes around here, and I’m really excited to re-focus and feed off the passion for fashion that drove me to start Le Petite Pear in the first place.
Right now, I’m back at work and trying to get through my inbox despite utter exhaustion. There’s a blizzard on its way to NYC, and I’m not so secretly hoping that my office will close early. Meanwhile, I will be working away and peeking at pics from the Kate Spade presentation. Later, I’ll be watching the Rebecca Minkoff live-stream. When it comes to high-low shopping, those two are my favorite highs!
