This isn’t a terribly “exciting” outfit, but it’s comfortable and classic, and full of closet staples that are perfect for relaxed weekends. Stripes can be tough, especially horizontal, but I love that these change size at just the right spot. Always all about chambray as a foundation for layering, and a long cardigan is key for the cold.
I wore this outfit for a much-needed catch up session with camp friends over Thanksgiving weekend. We’ve all known each other since we were teenagers (or pre-teens), and although we may not keep in touch as much as we want to these days, we’ll always have an unbreakable connection c/o summers in the Berkshires. I met my husband working as a counselor at the same camp, so it’s a pretty special place for me!
