On Mother’s Day, I met my mom for a day of shopping at Tanger Outlets on Long Island. It was much-needed girl time + retail therapy. We scored some great bargains, including the sunglasses I’m wearing in this post (I couldn’t wait!). The best deal was the cutest crossbody bag from Kate Spade (on double discount) that came out under $50! It will definitely be making an appearance here soon, so stay tuned.
The weather was gorgeous, and since I wasn’t chasing the puppy around all day, I decided to go for one of my favorite spring skirts. This skirt was a real find, discovered on the sale rack from the Banana Republic x Milly collection. There’s nothing like it online, except for a couple of sizes still available on eBay, but there are a ton of eyelet skirts out there…especially in white! With an all-white skirt, you could easily swap out the white tee for gray (or a bright color) and keep the rest of the outfit the same. Perfectly preppy!
