I won’t lie, I’m getting super sick of winter. Snow can be pretty, but it gets old fast. And, as much as I love to layer, it’s just not as fun anymore! Fortunately for me, we’re taking a break from the frigid Northeast and heading to California on Sunday. This weekend, my cousin is getting married here in New York, and next weekend, a good friend of ours is getting married in Sonoma. So, my husband and I decided to spend the week in between visiting family and friends in San Francisco. I might not be blogging much, but I’ll definitely be Instagramming, so stay tuned!
This sparkly skirt was a last minute pick up at the most recent J.Crew Sample Sale. I went to put something back and saw it hanging on the rack. It’s a size smaller than I usually wear, but somehow it fits perfectly. I love the subtle metallic sheen…and it has pockets!
