How to style cargo pants

It’s finally starting to feel a little bit like fall, but not quite cool enough for jackets. Enter: the short sleeved sweater. I love the throwback look of this one from the Who What Wear x Target line. It’s pretty snug (I’m wearing this cami underneath), so looser-fitting cargo pants were the perfect contrast. Once again, I find myself gravitating towards neutrals, so a bright lip is a must. I always love red, but I’m excited to try deeper tones for fall.
