Sequins & Plaid

Living in Manhattan is exciting and fun…but it can also be overwhelming. There is always so much going on at once, and seemingly endless streams of people out and about at any given time. Sometimes I just need a break from the craziness and I’m lucky that we live only a few blocks from Central Park. The pup LOVES running around in the grass and exploring hidden paths, and as a suburban grown girl, it’s fun for me too.

Last weekend, we brought my husband along to show him all of the places we’ve discovered so far. It was the first crisp fall day and perfect for layering. I’m wearing white after Labor Day and mixing buffalo check plaid with sequins…breaking all of the rules and couldn’t be happier!
