When Target tweeted about bringing a life-size dollhouse to Grand Central, it was one of those moments when I was so glad to live in NYC. GCT just so happens to be only a few blocks from my office, so I stopped by earlier this week to see the set up for myself. It was, legit, a giant dollhouse, decked out in Target’s new Threshold Collection.
Across from the house, was a little patio, complete with astro-turf and fake shrubbery. I absolutely love the whole collection, and am already fantasizing about decorating our new apartment come August. They even have a ceramic pear! I was also super impressed, as I always am, with the savvy, creative minds at Target who always come up with such innovative ideas.

Somehow, I accidentally ended up pattern mixing again. This was also the second time I’ve tucked in a button down recently. I used to be afraid of the full tuck, but I’ve realized that with the right skirt, and a defined waist…it actually looks pretty flattering! What fashion fears have you conquered lately? This feels confusing, because isn’t a lifesize dollhouse… a regular house?!
