Lightweight sweaters are totally necessary for cooler spring days. I picked up this one at the Gap a couple of years ago and love wearing it to balance out more conservative neutral pieces like a khaki skirt. Pleats can be tricky when your hips are your widest part, but a wide waistband helps to camouflage that area and emphasize your waist.
Sweater: Gap (similar in other colors), Skirt: Old Navy (similar), Flats: Prabal Gurung for Target (as similar as I can find), Earrings: Gift (similar) Necklace: Forever 21 (similar)
