Last weekend, we spent the afternoon in Central Park to celebrate my best friend’s birthday. The forecast was touch-and-go all week, but Mother Nature was on our side and the weather ended up being perfect. That morning, a group of us met for bagels and then the girls got blowouts so our hair would look fab all day long. I wore the perfect gingham dress: trendy, but also comfortable and long enough that I could still sit on a picnic blanket without worrying. For the picnic, I made an orzo salad and some party popcorn, both easy to make and super tasty!
I can’t believe it’s already time for another weekend! This one is going to be a whirlwind too. I have work events today, Sunday and Monday, so it will be a little crazy, but I’m still making time to celebrate Cinco de Mayo with some friends…because priorities!
