Aside from shopping sales, I’ve also learned how to find the gems among the endless inventory at fast fashion retailers like Forever 21 and H&M. Although overall quality isn’t always the best at these stores, it’s worth spending a little time to find the pieces that look like more than they’re worth. Case in point: this windowpane blouse. I found it at F21 a couple of years ago, and it’s become a staple in my wardrobe. The same is true for this black blazer, and really the lesson is not to write off certain stores even if they require a little more effort.
