Since we’re going to be out of town next weekend, the hubs and I spent most of this weekend packing up our apartment for our impending move. We’re generally kind of homebodies, and we tend to prefer ordering in and eating in our jammies to going out, especially on busy weekends. But, by Saturday night, we needed a break, so we decided to go out for a date night. Even though it was drizzling when we left home, I really wanted to wear this off the shoulder top that I ordered a while ago. I just love the bow and ruffle combination and it’s such a statement that you don’t need much else. White scalloped shorts and some silver slides were the perfect compliments, although I will say that the slides were not the safest for wet weather, and it’s kind of amazing that I didn’t sprain an ankle!
