I hope you’re not getting tired of flowers as a backdrop because this is definitely only the beginning! What might be coming to an end for a while though is me wearing pants. I put together a funny little Instagram reel about things that have become more difficult now that I’m seven months pregnant. Putting on pants is one of them! Fortunately, the weather is warming up and I have no shortage of dresses. That said, I love this navy and white outfit. It’s such a classic color combination, and you really can’t go wrong. I picked up this hair bow and this cute little handbag on a Target run last week. Target is one of my favorite places for affordable trendy/seasonal accessories…and clothes, of course. Funny story: I meant to wear sunglasses in these photos because I didn’t do my eye makeup, but then I totally forgot. Oh well, a more natural look!
This week was a challenging one. I’ll share more about why when I’m ready, but this final stretch of pregnancy is tough. It’s easy to forget when you’re in the midst of your day that so much is going on inside your body. But, when the fatigue hits, it’s like I can’t hold my body up anymore. I’m trying to ask for help more. It doesn’t come easy to me, but I need to get better at it before baby boy makes his appearance. There’s also so much that I want to do before he gets here, not all of which needs to happen. Doing my best to prioritize the to-do list and be okay with letting some things go, at least for now.
