I’ve heard from so many people that overalls are a gift when you’re pregnant. While I haven’t worn these as much as I would have if I was going places regularly, I still love them. Overalls are great because it’s easy to change up your look by just switching what you wear with them. This pair was a favorite pre-pregnancy, and the ones I’m wearing here are the perfect maternity overalls. They’re from The Nines by Hatch collection at Target, which you’ve seen me post a lot about on Instagram. The regular Hatch line has some fantastic maternity pieces, but they’re pricey. So, I was very excited when they did a collaboration with Target and ordered quite a few things. I also love this puff sleeve floral top. It goes with the black overalls, but also stands out.
The world of maternity clothing is an interesting one. There are a few big specialty brands, and a lot of smaller ones. You can also wear regular clothes in a bigger size, but the whole thing is a lot of trial and error. Some pregnant people opt for all comfort and live in leggings and oversized tees. Others want to dress up and still feel fashion forward. I leaned more towards the first category in the winter, although I did manage a few cute outfits. But, I think part of what will get me through the last trimester is putting together easy outfits that make me feel cute. So, stay tuned for more!
