We spent last weekend upstate in the perfect lakefront cabin. Every year, we make an effort to fit in a weekend getaway outside the city to enjoy the beauty of fall. As someone who grew up in New England, I’m a sucker for foliage, and I love apple picking and pumpkin patches. I’m planning to share some more details on where we stayed, where we ate, and what we did…and of course, a few outfits. This is what I wore for an afternoon at the farm. I was a little hesitant when I first tried on this oversized sweater because I thought it kind of swallowed my petite frame. But, the key to how to style an oversized sweater is to pair it with something form-fitting. I love the contrast with sleek faux leather leggings and boots. Speaking of boots, this pair is from the Styled Snapshots collection with Vince Camuto on QVC. I was originally hoping to get them in a different color, but I’m happy with the black. They have great details and are super comfy too!
