A shirtdress is a work wardrobe staple, but they also make great casual layering pieces. So, I wanted to show you how to dress down a shirtdress. Top with a cropped sweater or sweatshirt. Add a cute pair of sneakers. Keep your accessories minimal. Super easy, chic and a great way to get more use out of what’s already in your closet.
Last week was kind of a doozy. My computer has been having power cord issues for months, and after my third Genius Bar visit in nine months, it turns out there’s more to it. So, I’m not quite sure what my posting schedule will be for the next week or so, but please send good vibes! And feel free to check out the fall outfit archive for more inspiration.
We’re also dealing with some family stuff, AND Seth has entered a new phase of whining which is just a delight. But, Rob and I were able to go out to dinner to celebrate our 11th wedding anniversary, and it was really nice to have that time together. We went to Palma in Greenwich Village, a lovely little Italian spot with the friendliest staff. The best thing we ate was the cacio e pepe ravioli, so if you ever find yourself there, make sure to add it to your order! The vibe of the Village is much different than the Upper East Side, but it’s fun to experience it every once in a while. Speaking of fun, I got to shoot another campaign for Dunkin’ and I was wearing this outfit. Check out their post here!
