I have a confession to make…I LOVE pajamas! Whenever I see cute ones in a store, I have to consciously resist picking them up. There are definitely worse things to want to buy, but it’s extra challenging around this time of year when holiday pajamas are out in full force. There are so many options, whether you go for classic plaid or a holiday-themed print, a coordinated set or separates. Pajamas also make great gifts, and there are tons of affordable pairs. Scroll to the bottom of this post to shop my favorites!
This year, I let myself get one new set of PJs when Cyber Week sales were going on. My plaid pants are jogger style, and incredibly comfortable and warm. Bonus: The inside of the pockets is lined in sweatshirt material! I don’t think this tee is necessarily for sleeping, but it totally works. I didn’t realize until after we snapped these photos that clearly I’m not afraid to mix patterns! Love these leopard slippers though, and they’re only $10!
As soon as I put down the blanket in front of my mom’s (electric) fireplace, Bones was right there next to me! By the time we were done shooting, he was scratching at the blanket, but he was a good sport for quite a while. He likes to be near me as much as possible, and who can resist the warmth of a fire and a cozy blanket? I’m heading out of town next week for a work conference and Bones will be going to doggie camp for a week. I know I’ll be too busy to miss him most of the time, but it’s still hard to think about being apart. Of course, I’ll miss my husband too

I love having nice pjs, sometimes the rotation of old tees just dosen’t cut it anymore! I love joggers to because sometimes I can leave the house in them.
