Don’t you hate when you see someone wearing something and you instantly fall in love…and then you find out how much it costs? That’s how I felt when I saw Cathy from Poor Little it Girl in this gorgeous Kate Spade dress. I LOVE everything Kate, but I almost always wait for a Surprise Sale or a trip to the outlets to buy things. No matter how fun and flirty the colorful floral pattern, I just can’t justify $450 on a single dress, and I’m sure I’m not alone. So, I found a bunch of bold, bright floral dresses (perfect for a spring wedding) that ring up under $100! Happy shopping!
