Last year I was really excited to find a flattering jumpsuit at Old Navy, and this year’s version is just as cute! It comes in a couple of color combinations, but I opted for blue and white stripes, classic for spring. Let me be honest…I was initially resistant when rompers and jumpsuits came into style. My primary concern was that I would look like an oversized child, and following close behind was how much it would complicate going to the bathroom. What I’ve discovered is that there is such a thing as a flattering jumpsuit or romper, you just might have to try a bunch on to find one that works for you. And, when you’re trying them on, definitely see how many steps it takes to get out of before you commit. This one passed both tests, although I did add a skinny belt to further define my waist, and it pairs well with a denim jacket. Also, super excited about my blush bag! It converts from a crossbody to a backpack, and it’s super roomy if you’re someone who likes to carry a lot.
This weekend, we’re celebrating my best friend’s 30th birthday! The third of our trio is coming to town for the festivities and it’s going to be so much fun. We have a couple of great dinners planned, plus a picnic in the park and some pampering too. Hope you have a great weekend!
