It’s sweater weather, and I am ready for it! This might be my favorite time of the year, when there’s a crispness in the air, but it’s not too cold. I’m still fully on the comfortable clothes train, but this weekend I put on a pair of jeans for the first time in months. I’ve heard about Wit & Wisdom denim before, and I decided to order a pair during the Nordstrom sale. Let me tell you, they are the best stretchy, comfortable and flattering jeans I’ve worn in a long time! They’re made to contour to your curves, and they come in petite and plus sizes too. Even full price, they’re under $100, so highly recommend them if you’re thinking about transitioning back into “real pants” anytime soon.
This weekend, we celebrated our 9th wedding anniversary! Instead of going out, we ordered a fancy dinner in. It was strange, like all celebrations this year, but I think we’re especially grateful for each other during these crazy times. For the most part, it’s been really nice to both be working from home and getting to see more of each other. It was also Rosh Hashanah, the Jewish New Year, this weekend. Although we didn’t get to enjoy meals and services with family like we usually do, we got to attend virtual services with different communities…and we didn’t have to dress up. We also had a few close friends over for dinner on Saturday, and it was SO GOOD to be together. Hope your week is off to a great start!
