Last week, my husband and I celebrated our three year wedding anniversary! It’s hard to believe how quickly those years have gone by. In some ways, I feel like our wedding was just yesterday, but it also seems like a long time ago. It’s funny to think about what I might have done differently, so I was really excited when the team at Lover.ly asked me to take part in their Dream Day Style Challenge. Lover.ly is a genius site that lets brides-to-be search, save, shop and share wedding ideas…all in one place! I wish something like this existed when I got married!
For the challenge, I put together a wedding style inspiration board, based on my favorite pieces from Lover.ly. Although I loved my dress and would totally pick it again, I can also see myself in a beautiful lace A-line gown, like the one I found while browsing Lover.ly’s wedding dress collection. We got married on the water, which was something I always knew I wanted, but we did consider getting married at the summer camp where we met. This ensemble is what I might wear for an outdoor wedding off the beaten path:
