One of the things I believe very strongly when it comes to fashion is that you should wear what makes you feel good. It can be hard not to focus on size if your body has gone through some changes. But, that number is much less valuable than how you feel. I hate to see people saying that they “can’t” wear something because of their shape or size. This outfit is the perfect example. I was a little hesitant to purchase these jeans in a bigger size than I used to wear, but I wanted a pair that fit my body well the way it is now. Instead of wearing them with something “safe,” I chose a colorful floral top. And you know what? This crop top and mom jeans combo looks pretty darn good.
This weekend, we had Seth’s first birthday party. I spent a lot of time planning, and I was so happy with how everything came together. His actual birthday is tomorrow, and I’ll be sharing some thoughts on one year of parenthood. It’s been so amazing watching him grow and develop, and I’m incredibly grateful for the love and support of our friends and family. Thanks to you too for following along with this new chapter!
