I don’t know if the Coastal Grandmother trend is still in, but I love this outfit! The vibes are clean and simple, with a classic white and blue color palette. And, a white button down is such a versatile closet staple. It looks good with jeans and skirts. I left the last couple of buttons undone and tied the bottom of the shirt to define my waist more. This floral skirt has the prettiest details. It was a TJMaxx find! I can see myself wearing this outfit all through the summer.
If you follow me on Instagram, you probably saw the news that we’re moving to the suburbs in the fall. We are so excited…and a little overwhelmed! There are a lot of decisions to be made, and I’ve been spending a lot of time figuring things out. I’m going to share more about our decision to leave the city, but I’m really looking forward to a quieter life.
Last night I hosted an event at HATCH Collection’s Upper East Side store. It was so nice to spend time with moms and moms-to-be, sharing stories, giving advice and just talking. There are not enough opportunities for moms to chat without worrying about judgement, and it was an honor to provide that opportunity. Hopefully I can do it again soon!
