I’ve been gravitating towards classic style this winter, and it honestly makes getting dressed a lot easier. This outfit kind of gives me Diane Keaton vibes, but I don’t hate that! I actually saw someone on Pinterest who layered a black turtleneck under a button down, and I thought I would give it a try. I’m not someone who feels effortlessly stylish. I have to make a conscious decision as to whether I want to put effort into my outfit or not. I wish I could look chic in sweatpants, but that’s just not the case. Sometimes I overthink what I’m wearing, so it’s nice to have some easy, classic looks in my arsenal.
Last weekend, we spent Saturday on Long Island with my mom. Her birthday is this week, so we wanted to make sure to get in some quality time. She loves doing research on the next stages of Seth’s development, and she always has new things for him. I’m so grateful for everything she does for us, and we are very lucky to have all of Seth’s grandparents close by. Rob had one of his busiest weekends with work in a long time, and even with the family support, I was absolutely exhausted by Sunday night. Seth is in a super loving phase right now, but he’s also very active and he knows what he wants. Parenthood is definitely an adventure!
