I am a total sucker for sales and discounts, so when my birthday month rolls around and all of those special cards and codes show up, I know I’m in trouble. I put this outfit together for Anthropologie’s birthday event (stay tuned for my sale rack score), and it includes a blouse I got at Ann Taylor with reward dollars just last week. Navy and white is such a classic combination, and even with neutral accessories, this look is far from boring. I usually shy away from longer tops, and if I wear them, they’re belted, but this one skims my body just enough to be flattering. The zipper on the back is a fun touch too!
