If you follow me on Instagram, you probably saw that my husband and I celebrated our four year wedding anniversary last weekend! Because the traditional gift for four years is flowers, we decided it would be fun to take a trip to the Botanical Gardens. The day was hot, so I opted for shorts and short sleeves. Without trying, I was totally on board with the botanical theme in floral shorts, a floral lace top and a floral necklace.
Although there are less flowers in bloom at the end of the summer, we really enjoyed the calm, quiet atmosphere of the gardens. The rose garden was one of my favorites, with so many beautiful colors. I shared a few of my flower photos at the end of the post, so scroll on down!
