Slowly, but surely, spring is inching its way into New York City. We’ve had a lot of cloudy, windy, transitional days, including earlier this week when I took these photos. In at least half of them I’m either making a funny face or trying not to laugh hysterically at my hair and/or skirt blowing awkwardly in the wind. Another thing about this skirt… turns out that a maxi skirt is kind of a hazzard for commuting in Manhattan. Worth it though, for perfect pleats that pair well with layers and hold their shape after a day of sitting at my desk!
You may notice a new accessory on my arm. I finally joined the fitbit club in an effort to push myself to be more active in my daily life. I don’t get to the gym as much as I would like, but being able to set and track goals for getting my butt moving is helping me feel better about myself. Definitely recommend it if you’re someone who benefits from accountability.
