Happy Monday! It’s an especially happy one for me since I’m not working! We had our last wedding of the year last night (6/6) and although my office is open, I thought I would appreciate the day off. This outfit is from a couple of weekends ago when we were out on Long Island for Rosh Hashanah. I was really excited to finally wear this blush blouse that I ordered from Nordstrom’s last #nsale. Blush is such a pretty color, and although it’s probably not traditionally thought of as part of the fall palette, I think it totally works with a pair of dark jeans.
This week is another short one for me, thanks to yet another Jewish holiday. I’m really excited for next weekend when we’re heading to Mystic, Connecticut for a little fall getaway. I miss New England, especially at this time of year, and we could definitely use a little time away from the craziness of the city. The best part is that Mystic is a very dog-friendly city, so we’re bringing Bones along too. If you’ve been there and you have any recommendations, definitely leave a comment and let me know!
