I haven’t done a ton of shopping for clothes on Amazon, except for some of their Drop collections with influencers. But, Amazon Fashion has really stepped up their game in recent years. It’s a good place to go for trendy pieces that you don’t want to pay a lot for. I ordered this two piece set, and I was honestly impressed with how cute it is. Although I haven’t had a chance to wear the full set yet, I did style the skirt with a different top. It’s so fun and flirty, and wearing my Sarah Flint Mirjana wedges made the length work for me.
When I put up an Instagram poll asking if people wanted more summer content or if they were ready for fall, it was an even split. So, I’m sharing this summery outfit, but this skirt would also look great with a sweater! Lauren and I shot a few early fall transitional outfits last week, so stay tuned.
Last weekend was my stepsister’s wedding in Florida. It was a whirlwind, but I’m so glad we could be there for her and her new husband. We got back Sunday night, and Monday was my birthday. I’m usually pumped for my birthday, but this year, I just wasn’t into it. It’s been a big year with a lot of change, and while we’ve made countless good memories, it’s also been challenging at times. Plus, Seth’s daycare was closed through yesterday. He and I hung out during the day, and then all four of us met up with friends for drinks. I had a long FaceTime catch up with my best friend Elena on Tuesday, and my mom took me to lunch yesterday. All in all, it’s been a pretty good birthday week.
