The chambray shirt has become a true blogger staple, and it doesn’t show any signs of disappearing anytime soon. What’s great about chambray is that it’s just as versatile as denim, but it’s lighter weight and more pliable. So, it should come as no surprise that the popularity of chambray has expanded, beyond the trademark button-down, to skirts, dresses, pants and more. I have several shirts in various shades and sleeve lengths, and a great dress that’s perfect for cool summer nights. Just in case you need to up your chambray game, these are all under $100:

I was definitely late to the chambray party, but I’m here to stay! I tried on a gorgeous Rock and Republic chambray tank top a few weeks ago and I’m still kicking myself for not buying it. “the one that got away!”

Ooo a chambray tank top?! Love watching this trend grow!
Great finds! I adore my chambray shirts, particularly between seasons or to dress down some sequins. Those Piperlime pants are great.

Thanks, Alyson! Chambray shirts are perfect layering/transitional pieces. I love that they’re lightweight too.
