Stylish Sneaks

I wore this outfit for brunch and errands on Saturday, and I loved that it was colorful and comfortable. I’ve been trying to channel spring, even on the cooler days. Speaking of this beautiful season, one of my favorite spring collections is from Keds. Yep, sneakers. They have so many fun pastels and patterns that put a stylish twist on typical tennies.

I was lucky enough to win this pair in a Twitter contest Keds ran recently. They’ve partnered with Taylor Swift to encourage young women to be brave and believe in themselves. As a part of this campaign, they were asking their followers what tricks they use to stay confident. I replied, and didn’t think anything of it…until I got a tweet from Keds a couple of weeks later. My tweet had been selected as a winner, and not only was I going to receive a pair of sneakers of my choice to wear, but I would also receive another pair signed by Taylor! Excuse me while I go teenage girl here, but HOW COOL IS THAT?! I had a really hard time choosing, but I ultimately went with my favorite color. The signed pair arrived recently and is just waiting for a protective box. I happen to love Taylor’s music and what she stands for, so I was very excited to receive this prize. Thanks Keds!
