Mother Nature is clearly confused. It’s mid-October, and the weather in New York City has been very up and down. Some days are sweater weather perfection, while others (like yesterday) are 70 and humid. So I’ve been wearing a hybrid version of my wardrobe and making the most of my collection of lightweight jackets and sweaters. I love that this sweater is slouchy, but still flattering and feminine. The heart-shaped elbow patches are just an added bonus!

I love the relaxed stripes with that flouncy skirt! So cute!

Thanks, Maggie! It was a fun outfit to wear!
We’ve been having the same wacky weather in ATL. I need fall to get here for good! This is the perfect look for the late summer/fall temperatures!
Totally agree, Ashley. I love fall, and I’m hoping it sticks around 🙂
I’m always wary of wearing shoes similar to yours with a skirt, but you pulled it off well so I must try it!

Thanks, Nidhi! I’m a big fan of menswear-inspired shoes, especially because I wear mostly flats and need as many options as I can get. Let me know if you give booties a try!
