Ever since I first wore it last fall, I’ve been thinking about different ways to wear this leopard print dress. Restyling a slip dress like this is actually pretty easy. It’s such a versatile piece, and because it’s lightweight, it’s the perfect layer. This time, I wore it as a skirt with a sweatshirt and sneaks. To me, this look says “NYC Cool,” which I’m definitely not…but I can pretend! I’m obsessed with how these photos came out. The Bethesda Terrace area of Central Park is always beautiful, but the light was just perfection, and Lauren worked her magic as always!
It was a little chilly the day we shot these photos, but we’ve had some warm days since then. I am definitely someone whose mood is affected by the weather. This year, even more so. Being able to get outside and experience more of the city with Seth will be so nice. I also really love spring style! While I do try to rewear things, I can never resist adding some new dresses to my rotation. Let me know what you’re shopping for this spring!
Also, this is my first real designer bag! I know, so crazy. I’m generally a fairly frugal shopper, and Kate Spade was as fancy as I got. But, recently I’ve been finding myself more interested in higher end pieces. My friend Paige has this bag, and I kept thinking about how much I liked it. It’s been out of stock a lot, but when I caught it in stock, I just decided to go for it. I love it so much and have zero regrets!
