Whenever my mom and I go to the Midwest to visit family, we make sure to stop at Dillards. My uncles make fun of us endlessly, but the truth is that Dillards just has different inventory than our Northeast department stores. One of my favorite things is their Juniors department, where I’ve found several fantastic bargains that looked like they were from the grown up department (this is key when you’re in your late 20s!) Case in point: this dress! I was so excited about it that I decided to wear it the next day. As I mentioned in Monday’s post, we were in Ohio over the weekend celebrating my grandpa’s 95th birthday. He is the epitome of living colorfully, and a prime example of how important it is to take good care of yourself. I certainly hope I inherit those long-life genes, but no matter what, I definitely try my best to make the most of every day.
