It’s the second week of March, and we had a day of gorgeous early spring-like weather in NYC over the weekend. So, I say it’s time to start introducing spring colors into your wardrobe again! Even if it’s not warm enough for short sleeves and bare legs, you can start to shift out of dark colors. This outfit is a simple one for a work day. I’m obsessed with this soft tunic sweater in the prettiest blue-purple! Also, a major fan of these pants with a little hidden elastic in the waist.
On Friday, I met up with Sarah from Two Scoops of Style. I’ve been following Sarah and her twin Leah for a while now. I’m always so impressed with their creativity, energy and petite style. Their sister bond is so special, and while I’m sad I didn’t get to meet Leah this time, I know they’ll both be back.
Truth be told, it’s been hard for me to make friends with other bloggers or influencers. I’ve really tried, but I’ve often felt like I’m not “cool enough.” I’m an introvert, and it’s not easy for me to put myself out there. Oftentimes, I worry that I overcompensate and try too hard. But, then I meet people like Sarah and I feel better. We really hit it off, and had such a nice time!
