Since I’m not a tall gal, (5′ 2+3/4″ – the 3/4″ counts!), I’m usually spotted in heels or booties, but every once in a while I need a break from them.  My cheetah TOMS are one of my favorite pairs of flats because they add the perfect amount of ‘pop’ to any outfit. I love how versatile they are! I can dress them up with a skirt or dress, or wear them casually with pants or cut off shorts.
